  • Baseball is a power-speed sport with unique demands on the rotator cuff, the posterior chain, and the lateral movement patterns. Every training block at Harbor's gym is designed with that in mind — building the strength and resilience that lets athletes train harder in the cage, throw harder on the mound, and stay healthy across a full season.
  • The Programming that matters
  • Athletes can use the gym during open hours or book a coached session with Coach Mike, Harbor's Athletic Development Trainer. Programming is available in off-season development blocks, in-season maintenance plans, and position-specific tracks for hitters, pitchers, and infielders. The goal is always the same: build the physical attributes that make technical skill training more effective and make athletes harder to hurt.
